I wish to recommend Mark at AquaDry Technologies in the strongest of terms! After speaking with representatives of several other companies that repair leaky basements, he was the only one to properly identify the source of our leaks and offer a permanent solution -- at one-tenth of the cost of what others had suggested.
After discovering that one of the walls in our basement had started weeping rain water causing significant flooding, we called in several companies to look at it and offer their recommendations and estimates. They all said that it would require excavating the outside of the wall down to the footing and installing a barrier membrane. The effort would require several days or weeks of work at a cost of $8 - 12k, plus the additional need to redo our landscaping on that side of the house.

He showed us that the water was coming in from two cracks in the wall and several old tie-rod holes that were hidden behind the insulation.
