I have never written a negative review before. However, I feel compelled to write this because getting artificial turf is a big investment and I wish others would have guided me away from this company. They changed the price of some materials midway through the project, were careless and unprofessional (high while working, covered trash/kids toys with the turf instead of moving it aside, broke things without mentioning it to me, didetc.). When I mentioned that the crew missed stapling the turf down in some areas, the person I dealt with gave me a stack of staples to fix it with. The person I dealt with was very attentive up to the point that he got my $. (It was my error to pay before the job was 100% complete!). Once paid, he did not complete the job. When I called, the person I dealt with blamed his staff and made more promises he did not keep. I wanted a receipt in case of warranty issues and he made a huge deal about it. 7 months later and the job remains unfinished, trash and landscaping materials are left on my property, and I still don’t have a receipt. I’m very disappointed in the way we’ve been treated and would not recommend this company to anyone, even if their product is good.
