Gavin Caleb is an exceptional home inspector. He brought his years of experience in the building and architectural industries to bear when providing the inspection on a house we recently bought. He uses all the most current technology when examining the house's skeleton thereby being able to show definitively any water damage or structural irregularities. On top of this he was able to liaise comprehensively with the prospective owners. I just wish we'd known him when we bought our previous house!!
