Very happy that I found Shondell and his company. He took his time to look over the gutters making sure they were in good shape and thoroughly cleaned them out. He recommended a leaf guard to help keep out the debris from my neighbour's large pine tree. He did explain that it wont keep everything out but as long as the guards were brushed up at least once a year, I should have no issues. The cost to clean and install leaf guards throughout the gutter system is the price I paid. Shondell even noticed an issue with the gutters around my shed and took care of that as well. Im very happy with the experience and will be calling him in the fall to do the cleaning once again. I would highly recommend Shondell to anyone in need of his services. He is very professional, courteous and thoughtful towards the needs of the home owner.

My dryer was making a squeaking sound while in operation. Sergei came through and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part - a part that was recently replaced by another company earlier this year. Sergei also noticed the heating element (which was also replaced earlier this year by the other company) was touching the metal casing which could have caused sparks within the machine. Sergei fixed this issue at no extra cost. I also appreciate a technician that cleans up after theyve completed their work as this demonstrates a sign of respect for their work environment.
