We had water leaking in our basement for several years, only when there were heavy rains. it wasn't BAD but still an issue of course. Finally we decided to get it done even though it was going to cost a lot. I received several quote ranging from $1400 to $2800. Aqua tech in this case was the best price... but that is not why I went with them. Nick, the specialist who came to inspect was very patient with my questions and very thorough in his investigation of where the problem areas might be. He was very good. And pin pointed the main issue. He was honest to tell me what I needed to take care of what I could take care of but probably didn't need to. With often times people NOT looking after your pocket book or interests, it was nice to meet someone who took pride in his work and also didn't want the client to spend when not vital. He provided me with two quotes so I could discuss with my wife how much to do (and what we could afford). We ended up doing as he suggested which was to address the situation at hand as the other potential issue may never become one. I highly recommend Aqua Tech. Forgot to mention (and I apologize I don't recall the names of the two workers that did the job) but they were excellent. Both professional, polite and meticulous.

I just read the most recent review... and I just wanted to write "ditto" Russell and Serge were really great. I would say exceptional. I had been holding off on the fixing my eavestroughs for several years. I had received quotes from several different companies over those years. Then I began using homestars to select companies to do the work in and around the house as I trusted the reviews. I got a few more quotes. Home Exterior Aluminum, and more specifically Russell, was very fast and responding, then quoting for the job. The estimate was very competitive and it was more his professionalism that made me decide to choose them. The job was done very meticulously as well. We replaced our old 3 inch with new 3 inch and leaf guards. I was extremely please with the job and highly recommended them. Russell even called a few weeks later after it had rained a couple of times to ask how things looked and If I had any issues or concerns. I am in marketing and business development and his client service demonstrated his attention to not only pre, during but also post project. He also called again after there was a very big rainfall, as he know that I had severe pooling and almost waterfall like issues with my old eavestrough in one area. If they do a job anything like they did for us... you will be very satisfied. N.M.
