Mike was very professional and fixed the garage door and reset the remotes in less than 1 hour. He also explained what can go wrong with a garage door opener and what to look for. He also explained how to reset the remotes if I have a problem. He told me about the company as they have been in business for 8 years.....excellent work and professiona. They came in and were asked to sand and paint the window trims(new)which they did not do well, slopped white trim paint all over the carpet and walls. Then they were to paint the trim, doors and all the walls in the house. They got globs of paint in various places on the carpeting and these won't come off. They damaged pictures, cleaned their brushes in the bathroom sinks instead of the utility room, just went ahead and threw their drop sheets in the dryer without asking, used my ladders as they only brought 1. They did not fill in many holes from curtain rods that needed to be filled in but just painted over them. I was getting shutters and therefore needed these to be filled in and now have to do it myself and repaint. They damaged other furniture with scratches and spraying paint residue on them. I had to ask several times to get certain jobs done and in the end not one room was completely finished after days of painting with several workers, who were obviously inexperienced. I would not recommend them for any job....very sloppy and unprofessional.

After checking with several distributors of shutters and blinds, Ryan Mucci was fabulous. He explained in detail how they work, what would work the best for the space, etc. He was very professional. Also, the installers had a high work ethic and were respectful of the house, cleaned up and were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Allure Windows. Their professionalism and efficiency is a rarity these days.
