While it was hard to leave the last house because of the awesome basement space you created for us 4 years ago, we knew that the crew could do it again. They absolutely delivered another wonderful space. Similar to last time, the advice and suggestions were tremendously helpful and you were always available for questions and follow ups. If we were ever to move again, we would happily use Finished Basement.ca again.

We are so grateful for the recommendations you made to adjust the floor plan. No other contractors made any equivalent suggestions. The changes to the floor plan improved the space tremendously and maximized the usable space. We would recommend Finished Basement.ca to any of our friends or family without hesitation. When we started researching our project, we received advice to find a good contractor with a detailed contract. Well wow! The level of detail in their contract far exceeded anyone’s expectations or past experiences with other contractors. Everything was clearly outlined so we knew up front, all the costs. They took all the stress out of the project by providing all the service/products through 1 company. Great customer service and always available for questions. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. They kept everything as clean as possible for a home renovation. They were fantastic about any final touch ups. They even came back for something we had missed on the last walk through. We were impressed to hear feedback from the inspectors on the quality/detail of the electrical work. It was so comforting to hear that they have such a wonderful reputation within the industry.
