Custom Builder in

Was referred to Mitchell by my installer. The pricing seemed very good at the time. Both my installer and I confirmed the quality of the hardwood with him (particularly the length of pieces). He was fully aware of the custom house it was going to be used for. In the end he shipped us "country grade" hardwood with lots of knots and imperfections. In addition, the average length of the pieces in the boxes was ridiculously short (approximately 14"). There were also problems with the laminate. Brutal experience. Go somewhere else.
