I have been waiting for this plumber to come fix a problem at my home for weeks! His amateur assistants came and thought the fixed it the problem but did not double check to see if the problem was resolved before they left. Each time he was supposed to come to my home to fix the problem he cancels 2-3 hours ahead of time which is very unprofessional. I work and do not have time for individual to cancel on me time and time again. John will put himself before you and if your looking to book him make sure you book months in advance so he wont have an excuse to cancel. Make sure he does the job right because he will also take your money whether he's done the job or not! -karma.
