I've used Advanced Tree Care several times now for a variety of tree issues. This project was to deal with some 80' trees with dead branches that posed a threat to property and pedestrians. The day was less than ideal but the skilled arborists were able to do what was necessary while dangling in their safey harnesses. The cleanup too was fantastic. I had contacted Kevin and his crew, because they had helped out with other projects in the last few years. This new property had some trees that we thought might have to be removed due to some damage to the trunk and obvious dead sections overhead. The counsel provided confirmed that the trees were salvageable with the proper pruning and that there were significant years of life left in the balance of the trees to be enjoyed. Thanks again guys!

Thanks for the note Stan. Your situation is an unfortunate one. Many times when a housing development is built there is a desire to preserve some of the larger, old trees. Regretably, excavating and grade changes can damage root zones and cause severe stress to trees. Yours are on the road to recovery. We will periodically monitor their vigor, and root feed (fertilise) if the road to recovery seems to wane.
