I am changing this review as Angelo called me and he has not been getting the messages I left ; he will stop by and patch the driveway cut we had to do for the culvert. Looks like it was a misunderstanding and missed communication. They did a great job paving the driveway so I want to be fair to them and give them credit for the good work. I look forward to having the cut patched and completing the job.

Sir, after speaking to Angelo about your situation I understand that you were unaware that a culvert even existed, the driveway as you mentioned was excavated for 2 months and nothing was done..... We're sorry that the fresh driveway had to be cut but it at any point was not our fault and I understand you have been in contact with Angelo about the situation and he has been waiting for you to call him once the culvert was repaired. Please understand when you don't provide the entire situation with 100% truth it can effect our reputation... Give Angelo a call and he will be more than happy to assist you in this matter. I was very lucky to find David & his company through a referral from my builder and indeed the choice was excellent; not only they finished the job on time and excellent quality of work but they also came back and did additional work and touch-up for free in areas which other trades in the project messed up (duct work & windows etc.) . Thank You David!

I am changing this review as Oleg refunded me the money I paid and apologized for not completing the work. I call it even and for the work he has done he has been professional so I have no problem giving him another chance on another project.

Renevoation nightmare and worst Christmas ever; The job supposed to take 5 days based on the contractor estimate and his contract agreement; we left the condo for him for 15 days and was not still done and had to kick him off the job and get some one else to finish it. I regret giving this job to Jerry whom I knew for years and written him several good reviews and referrals before but that was 10 years ago now he changed and his after how many jobs he can get regardless if he can manage or finish them on time. We stayed in hotel with my 2 month old baby waiting for Jerry to finish while he was not working on my bathroom instead he was chasing other projects. The condo was all dusty cause his helpers have been cutting tiles inside and the tiles were not grouted properly, the trim is at the wrong height several mistakes as Jerry left the project to his junior helper and went chasing other projects; Now I am paying someone else to fix this mess.

Jerry renovated my house in Oakville three years ago.He did an excellent job on my bathroom and I called him again two years later to renovate my condo in Mississauga and got the same result finished on time and on budget with excellent quality. Aside from Jerry's excellent craftship,he is exceptional personel qualities make him my first choice whenever I have any job at hand.
