Our front door was long overdue for replacement, but who to select to do the replacement would be a challenge, given the number of contractors that are out there in the market. My wife had spent some time searching the internet and came across "Alda Windows and Doors". To us it was not a name brand that jumped off the page, much like a lot of contractors that do a lot of aggressive advertising. But the reviews for "Alda Windows and Doors" were very impressive. My wife and I visited the showroom and met with Leo who was very patient and explained every little detail about the doors they manufacture and install. We were very impressed with the details that Leo had provided us. Although the cost was a bit over our budget, we felt we were getting value for the dollar. Our door has finally arrived and has been installed. Wow, we are so pleased with our purchase. The quality of this door exceeded our expectations. Trust me when I say that Leo did not over sell on the quality of the door we selected. I guess he left some of the good stuff out so that we would be more overwhelmed once the door got installed. We had many compliments from our neighbors about our door. The fine gentlemen that installed the door were absolutely professional. We had many contractors over the years doing installations, but none of them comes close to the guys that did the installation for our door. I would highly recommend this team 10 times out of 10. Thank you Leo and Alda Team for such a beautiful door and experience. My wife and I are very pleased doing business with you. Looking forward doing more business in the future. My wife and I have always relied on sites such as 'HomeStars'and others to find reliable contractors. I have to admit, for some of our projects there were some minor disappointments over the years. Not to mention the stress of hand picking the right contractor for the jobs. And making a decision to select IBEX was no less stressful than any others. But man, we were absolutely glad we chose Ibrahim to do our reno. From the very beginning when he showed up and we started to discuss the project, I knew right away I was talking to the real deal. We settled on a price and date of completion. Ibrahim and his partner always arrived on time, worked non-stop from the moment they arrived until the day ended. The completion date was estimated to be two weeks, it got completed in less time. In fact, Ibrahim manage to find far cheaper ways to complete the job without sacrificing on quality. The reno was completed to perfection. I'm a person who is always looking for flaws in someone's workmanship, but up until now, I cannot find any flaws. All I can say is, for any future renovations, and as long as Ibrahim is able to do the type of work that is needed, I will always be reaching out to him for my projects.
