We needed a fence put up we call Rey and he came the very same day to take measurements and provide quote. He is a nice guy, hard working takes pride in his job. We've never dealt with a contractor before and he made things easier, he is also always available when you call him. The only downside is that he does not take credit cards, so you need to have cash available for your project which sometimes can be hard.
We needed to renovate our washroom. We left a message for enchant management and they return our call super fast, we told them what we needed. The project came on budget and they met the deadline. Will definitely work with these guys again.
I used this company to move my 3 sofas. They are large. It was a move within the city limits. Short distance about 15 miles. They did an exellent job. My sofas were handle with the utmost care. I only gave them 24 hrs notice. They were great. No complaints. Don't know about the price as I did not have the time to shop around but I thought the price was fair for all the lifting, loading and unloading that they did. The whole thing was done and over in about 1 hr.
I didn't have any work done in my home for this. I had bought some furniture from ikea and wanted someone to put it together for me. I called Carpenter Susan and she agreed to do it for me. All my furniture was put together, took very little time, no hassle, and very fast. It was worth the money that I pay. I get headaches when putting furniture together. I will definitely will call them again. Very reliable and fast!
Custom Frame on very large picture
the picture frame that Frameco did for me was completely customized. I had gotten different quotes and everyone wanted more than $500 - they took a week to do it but I was okay with it. The frame resembles the art a lot and it enhances it. I've taken several pictures back for more. Maybe still a bit expensive but I think that is the going rate.
We had bought a couch from Lazyboy in Edmonton. During our moved it got damaged. I called this store told them about my problem and they said they could help me with it. A week later they repaired the couch, no hassle, no problem, and affordable.
I've recently moved to a house in Calgary. The roof was giving out some problems and we really did not want to spend the money in replacing it. At least not just yet. I called Sterling Roofing told them about my problem. They came over looked at it and provided a quick fixer upper that I am very much happy with. They told me it would not be permanent and I knew that and I was okay with it. We just wanted to buy us some more time. They did a great job. Once I replace the whole roof I will be calling them. Quick job and affordable.
We were setting up a new office for my spouse, some rewiring needed to be done, and installing extra stuff for all the electronic devices. They did it on time, on budget and were very proffessional, I for one would not hesitate to use them again.
My spouse seems to think that she can never have enough clothes, therefore we needed extra closet space. She had something very specific in mind. It had to be walk in, and it needed compartments and shelves. We knew that this was going to be an expensive project as we wanted to use really nice material and we wanted the closet to be stylish. My spouse is very very picky I found that Chivers listened to everything that she had to say, and he made it all happened the way she wanted. Was it expensive? YES - but for us it was totally worth it! We actually thought we were going to spend more... so at the end we were very happy with the end result, we were definitely use Chivers again.
I wanted to get a kitchen unit that would have counter space, drawers, etc... I had been trying to find a carpenter that would take the job but everyone thought it was too much work... or maybe that I was too picky. Until I met John! he took the job, he understood my vision, and by the time it was finished it was actually better than my original idea, as talking to John he told me what can be done and what can not be done, but for anything that couldn't be done he had a great option attach to it. I am so thankful! it makes me happy just looking at it everyday.!
These guys were so realiable. They got in to do the work on time and the job was done by the time they said it would be done. It was exactly what I wanted they were very proffessional. I would definitely do business with them again and I make sure I recommend them whenever I hear someone is looking for the kind of services they offer.
