I'm very happy with the home inspection done by Rob. He is skilled, has the right tools for the job, cognizant of the property and residents and produces a detailed, yet easy to understand report in a short turnaround time. He conducted the inspection one evening and sent us the report the same night. The report lists findings along with the level of urgency and impact - all useful to determine next steps. His tools are state of the art and his findings included some missed by the builder. I strongly recommend his services for a home inspection.
