Slavic and his team are professional, thorough, friendly and CLEAN! We had our main H20 service changed (lead to copper) and upgraded (1/2 to 3/4), our old clay drain pipe under the house replaced, a backwater valve installed and a new drain for the furnace room installed. 3.5 full days of work. Lots of digging and breaking up concrete. Potentially a lot of mess but they kept it clean throughout the process and, other than the obvious fresh concrete it is like they were never here. With a dog and a toddler in the house they were very friendly and were also great at making temporary connections whenever possible to minimize the time without water. We got 4 quotes - they were the least expensive and most straight forward - no sales nonsense. Thank you Slavic & team. It was a pleasure working with you.

RenoLogic - Baker Street Home Inspection Service I have worked with Ed twice now - first when we purchased our home to do a home inspection and now a second time to consult on a complete basement renovation. He is VERY knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. As I hope to do as much of the work myself as possible, he was extremely helpful in educating me, pointing out what I "must-do", "should-do", and "could-do", and suggesting alternatives. If you are doing a reno and want honest advice that doesn't come from a contractor who may end up doing/profiting from the reno, or just want advice on things you discover in your home I would definitely recommend these guys. It could save you a pile of money to know if that the structural engineer or HVAC design firm you are about to hire for $$$$ are actually necessary.
