Poor experience with previous builder of my deck, who had relied on ME to correct their mistakes in measurements (wasn't that what I was hiring THEM to do!). Called upon Cadence Construction, who not only found errors in the measurements from the previous company but also found flaws in the design that I had paid for with the other company. In the end.... Patrick was absolutely amazing on site. Whenever I had a question or concern about something he would take the time to address my concerns. Rachael was superb with assisting in the colours that we chose for our decking and her communication overall was very relaxing. She put our minds at ease, even after the poor experience we had with the previous company. Our deck turned out incredible and we love showing it off and receiving lots of compliments for it. I'd like to take this time to thank Patrick and Rachael from Cadence Construction one more time and will be sure to spread your name in any opportunity I can.

The sales staff came to my house and measured my living room and 2 bedrooms. They had already asked me over the phone when I booked the estimate what type of carpeting I was looking for - so they didn't waste my time showing me things I wasn't interested in. They helped me choose a color that would match my paint and my furniture, and then they told me they would give me a discount because I was a senior. Companies just dont do that anymore. They arrived 10 minutes earlier then expected on the day of installation and even vacuumed when they were finished. They left everything in tip top shape. I highly recommend them.
