We recently used Careful Movers and are very disappointed with the service provided. They scratched our leather couch, broke a couple of items, lost a piece of our treadmill, and damaged our walls several times bringing things in. They have made no attempt to reimburse us for any of the damage that was done. We will never use them again, and do not recommend them to others.

Dear Bev and Ted, thank you for taking the time to write a review for our company. I would like to personally apologize on behalf of our company that your move had damaged effects. We received your invoice signed off by you stating that there were no damages and everything was received in good condition. Once we got a call from Ted stating that these damages were now found we tried to set up several appointments to have Scott come out and see if he can fix the drywall damage at no cost to you. As far as any other damages Bev and Ted, as offered previously, you are welcome to file an amended insurance claim form. We are fully insured and the offer is still open if you should choose to contact me.
