Approximately two and a half years ago, I purchased all of my lighting fixtures for the renovation of the condo that I had just purchased. All products and service were excellent including the no charge replacement of a light that we had dropped. Last month, the chandelier malfunctioned. I called Norburn. They offered to replace it and before I could respond, they went on to say that they would send an electrician to do the work for no charge. What more could anyone want? The electrician did a great job and said it should be good for the next 50,000 hours. I own my own business (jewellery store) so it's nice to be treated the way I treat my customers.
