Lloyd did a really great job drywalling our house. He has decades of experience and it shows. He spent a lot of time ensuring seams were invisible and ceilings were smooth, and we are very happy with the results. There were some minor scratches and dents to fix during painting, but they were minor. The drywall job took much longer than expected though, and we had to provide our own heat and fans to dry the mud. We would definitely recommend Lloyd to others.

Greg did a great job with our house excavation. It wasn't an easy job, but he worked hard and was very pleasant to work with. We have also used him since for backfilling the house and connecting services and would definitely recommend him again!

We hired Matthew to install new natural gas service lines in our new house. He was pleasant to work with and appears to have done quality work, however, he changed the day he was going to come do the work twice, and left half way through the first day to go skiing, which meant that the job took two days to complete instead of one. He also drilled through our barge board outside to install the gas meter line but drilled in the wrong place and left us with a hole in our trim that will have to be carefully patched. Generally, he did good work but his performance was a little amateur.

We used Greg to clear our property and carry out the excavation and foundation preparation for our new house. He was great to work with, very personable, and responsive. Our excavation turned out to be much more difficult and complicated than we hoped, which resulted in a deep hole filled with a lot of mud that took weeks to haul out and backfill. Greg was able to coordinate hauling of the material and worked hard to find us affordable backfill material to raise the grade beneath our foundation and also for backfilling around the house when the walls were poured. Our only complaints were of the crew running the excavator doing the backfill, as they managed to throw gravel inside our crawlspace, break off a drainage pipe, and back into a column that will support our porch, which was never fixed. Overall though, we were very happy with Greg's service and already used him again to prepare our garage slab.

We contacted Wood Organization to install extruded gutters on our new house. They didn't stock a colour that adequately matched our exterior trim, so they went out of their way to obtain it. After supposedly finishing the job, we noticed that they left several of the higher roof downspouts to pour out onto lower roofs, which we specifically asked that they not do. They did return the next day and complete the installation, and we are happy with the results.
