Lucas was extremely helpful and thorough and spent a lot of time explaining details of the home inspection to me. As a first time home buyer the experience was very reassuring, with him helping to outline what repairs needed to be made immediately vs. overtime and what jobs I could tackle myself. The report was very detailed with a very quick delivery.
