Inspection to complete Year-End Tarion Warranty for Townhouse
I read many reviews and had a specific list of expectations (i.e. experience, digital report with pictures, thermal imaging using a flir, reasonable fee, credit card payment). Rob from Ambicorp is very personable and met all of my expectations. Rob was able to find many major deficiencies (e.g. issues with HVAC, electrical, foundation, garage & landscaping) and provided an easy to understand explanation. Inspection was completed in 2 hours in the morning and a report was emailed to me that same evening. Rob even provided a pdf and weblink of the report. The weblink and numbered pictures were very useful to enter into the description of each reported issue for my year-end Tarion report. Rob displayed a high level of professionalism, knowledge and experience in his analysis and final report. Rob gets my highest recommendation and future business.
