A few years ago just before Cristmas the old furnace gave up the ghost and we went searching for a HVAC company. Scott Padfield came to our rescue and went thru our requirements and made recommendations for a new furnace. We had this installed and have been warm every since. Scott put in a rush on our order to ensure we would be warm for the winter. The installation team was great and everything went smoothly. We have had Delta Air do a yearly maintenance on the furnace and always the service has been friendly and professional. This year we decided to get a new air conditioner and never even considered any other HVAC company. We went straight to Delta Air and again Scott came to use, discussed what we required and explained how the system works and made a recommendation of what we required. He even quoted other options to give us a range we could work within a budget. The installation was quick and again the service team was friendly and very professional. They explained what they were doing and di an excellent thorough job. They even fixed one of my venting shafts which had come loose and secured it with no charge or question.
