Mr Honarmand is a detail oriented and experienced home inspector. He assisted me with evaluating the hounse condition before putting an offer on the property and thanks God I did the inspection before the offer date! He mentioned a very crucial structural defect with the house. He is a professional engineer and has a solid background. Highly recommend him!
