We used John for our first home purchase, and naturally chose him for our second. Both inspections were thorough and educational. After the deal closed on our 2nd purchase we had issues with setting up the utilities and changes the previous owners made from the inspection date, and John made a complementary visit and consultation which helped us understand the issues.
