Richard did a professional job. He installed traps and gave me a fair price. He even gave me tips on how to better seal my garage door, which has gaps. When fixed it will reduce pests. He also could not spray that day due to weather but he came back and did it another day. I’m very satisfied with the service and Richard seems very honest and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

This contractor is professional and reliable. They took on our job even though they were already busy because we told them about the terrible experience we had with another contractor. They seemed to genuinely care and wanted to right a wrong. The previous contractor did shoddy work which all had to be demolished. Plumbing issues had to be corrected and electrical had to be brought up to code. Kas and his team at Ireno were up to the task and did a wonderful job. They turned our dark and gloomy basement along with our master ensuite and shared bathroom upstairs, into luxurious and beautiful spaces. Throughout the entire job they were respectful and professional. I felt very comfortable they were not cutting corners or trying to pull a fast one. In fact I felt the opposite that they genuinely wanted to do good work. They took great care to make the spaces functional and aesthetically pleasing. The lines were straight on the walls and doors. The tiles were laid with care, the electrical was up to code, and the project was a success. We still receive complements from friends and family about the awesome bathrooms and basement when we show off the spaces. They provided input throughout the process and connected us with vendors so that we could get the most effective pricing for our finishings. When all was said and done they did a great job. Even when after care was required they honoured their warranty and completed the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Ireno to friends and family or anyone reading this review.

I saw Marks positive ratings on HomeStars and decided to call him. He arrived at my Condo and worked on my A/C unit. I was surprised he was able to make it because a previous job of his took longer than expected and he had another early appointment the next day, as he told me. He came after I told him that the hot weather we were about to get would be too much for my 19 month old. Mark was thorough and checked drawings, manuals and a variety of components in the A/C unit. He tested hoses and electrical among other things. Eventually he figured out that the problem was a clog. He unclogged the drain and the A/C unit worked nicely. As I write this review it's very hot outside but luckily my daughter is comfortable. Mark went the extra mile, by showing up despite being really busy but also by being super thorough. I would recommend Mark and HouseDepot without hesitation.

I was referred to Sky Blinds through an aunt. Although I still got a quote from Home Depot and shopped around. The installer of the California Shutters in my Condo, was very personable and professional. They wore company t-shirts and took off their shoes to do the work. During the installation his partner also treated me and my home with respect and courtesy. Although during the initial visit he didn't have a Sample Book to show me, he explained the product was Canadian made and high quality. Although my window sills weren't perfect squares they did their best to fit the product into the one sill that proved challenging. Of course for the price I paid I couldn't have expected them to take the product and alter it to make it perfect. In the end, all of the shutters looked great. I am satisfied with the installation and the product. They had even informed me that the product was newly made with quality vinyl. Which makes a difference in the long run as he explained. Also the job was done in a timely fashion. In addition, what I liked is their payment process is transparent and simple. I would definitely recommend Sky Blinds to friends and family.
