My roof was reshingled 12 years ago by Roofworks and I was disappointed to see it needed to be redone so soon. Roofworks quoted me higher than Mark and didn't adequately take the blame for providing such a short-lived product. I asked for other quotes but Mark stood out because the quote came quick, middle of the road pricewise and he has a very non-nonsense and likeable attitude. I felt like I could trust him. The crew was finished in a long day and a half. My neighbour wasnt feeling well and asked if the guys could start an hour later (a tall order on a hot day). Mark accommodated - no fuss. These guys are experienced but are the jaded roofers that have been in the game too long. They are still hungry for word of mouth customers and use their professionalism and job quality to attract business. 100% satisfied. Also he has a drone!
