Not impressed with the sales pitch or the fact that the delivery arrived without actually calling to confirm the delivery date or time window… I bought new appliances from KA and while I thought that stainless steel was the way to go – the sales rep convinced me that it was very low maintenance I’m actually less than excited about the new trio (range / dishwasher / fridge) than I thought I’d be. The quality of the steel is less than to be desired – fingerprints are a nightmare and any little water drop leaves a mark that requires some serious elbow grease to get clean. The maintenance is not what I had hoped for at all, the sales person clearly didn’t own KA stainless appliances themselves. It took hours to clean after delivery and now I’m stuck with kitchen appliances for the next 5-10 years that I’m hesitant to use. Not impressed – if you’re going to get stainless go with the new version that’s finger print resistant. The only reason I'm giving this a 3 star rating is because the appliances do function as expected.

We had some parging work done with Haroutunian Masonry they were fair in price and offered great customer service. The work was done on time, and the cost was even less than what was originally quoted. The crew even cleaned up after themselves. I’ve recommended them to several friends and family members who have also been very happy with their work. Their e-newsletters are also great! They offer regular tips that come in handy.

A few years after moving into our home in Maple we had to have our roof redone. We had various companies come out and give us a quote, many of which tried to gouge us because of the area we lived in - the roofers were not only fair in price, they were also extremely professional. 5 years later and with some harsh climates (very windy in our area) some of the shingles came lose and ended up with a small bald patch on one side of the roof. All it took was a call and they had someone out to investigate to ensure there was no damage and repair the patch THE SAME DAY! So impressed with the level of customer service and the pride they take in their workmanship. I would definitely recommend The Roofers to anyone looking to have their roof done. These guys are really all about customer satisfaction.
