ArleyImmaculate.com is a great company to deal with. They cleaned our office 150,000sq.ft. office complex for the past 2 years. Their contract expired and a new inferior company has taken over. I know that they will not perform as well as ArleyImmaculate.com. Arley did everything including wiping walls, baseboards, every corner of all floors was clean of dirt, and in fact every square inch of the offices were constantly cleaned immaculately. The offices were as clean as the cleanest home all the time. Their staff was very meticulous in their cleaning. All of the tenants in the complex will miss Arley and her staff. I highly recommend Arley to anyone for their home or office. You won't be disappointed.

They rebuilt and installed the engine in our classic 1991 Corvette Roadster. After it was delivered, within 15 minutes of driving, the engine caught on fire and almost destroyed our beautiful classic car. They had installed the EGR hose too close to engine hoses and wiring. The damage was estimated at $2000+. They have NEVER responded to my claim for compensation or repair. I am so upset that I am leaving my name and number in this article. Jerry 416-954-5723. I hire Arley Immaculate Service for all of our home and office cleaning needs. Carolina Tapia is very pleasant, very efficient and offers sugestions for the cleaning of our rental units. They have saved us thousands of dollars by decling certain duties they feel aren't necessary or perform the work for much less than we budgetted for. We have several rental units and had her clean up after renovations on many flips we had. They actually get down on their hands and knees to wipe the baseboards and get into every nok and cranny to clean! (I wouldn't do that, but that's their policy) I have always been proud to show our units after Arley Immaculate has cleaned. Their slogan is "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap!, and trust me, I wouldn't be able to do the work they do as well as they do it or get anyone else to do the work as well as they do for the same money. PRINCESS ROOFING: They quoted one price and then charged more to do the porch. They also did not install the vents or finish the roof. They also refused to give me my receipt and warranty. I called them many times over the year, and NEVER returned for the vents and receipt. I eventually received my receipt 1 year later, but still no roof vent or finishing. To this date they still have not returned to finish the job 1 1/2 years later. You decide if you want to hire them.(also, too expensive)

Peter of Plumber 4 U quoted $1000 for a 3 piece rough-in bathroom job, came to the site and demanded $2000 for the job. Then at the end he had the gall to ask for another $75 for parts. He also placed the toilet flange too close to the wall and the wall had to be demolished and made thinner to fit the toilet. He also failed to install vents which did not pass the plumbing inspection. Extra costs including ripping up new ceramic floors for vents =$1000.00. DON'T TRUST HIM!
