In 2007, Ripples did two magnificent bathroom renovations for us. We chose exactly what we wanted and they did it for us. This was when they first got into the bathroom renovation business. In any case, we chose top quality on everything and they installed it! It helps to have people who are real plumbers and real tilers do the work (naturally!). They did a complete gutting of the two rooms for us. One bathroom has a modern, cast-iron slipper bath (divine!) and the other has a sleek modernistic shower with Grohe rainhead. We went Grohe and Toto all the way except for the bath (Cheviot).

Rick Haines is meticulous in his work. He does practically everything by himself: he's a carpenter, electrician, tiler, painter. He gave us an exquisite, modern, stylish and functional kitchen. We chose top appliances (Viking dual-burner range, a Liebherr fridge (w/o the icemaker), another new Miele dishwasher and a Ventahood fume hood). Our cabinets have not MDF but plywood cases. Rick had all the contacts to give us the perfect cabinets and countertop. He is inventive and imaginative. Thus, we have at least triple the space in our cabinets as before. The reno cost $50, 000 and our appliances $15,000. The other quotation we had from a "designer" was for $100,000. And Rick is fully insured. No corners were cut. Get him before he retires. He'll be replacing our staircase and redoing our entrance for us shortly! Most important, though, is that Rick listens, creates your dream but modifies it where it lacks practicality and adds great suggestions.

Ron has superb product this great maple turquoise flooring. Acorn wood flooring provided excellent service. We were very happy with product. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
