I had a flooding emergency late on Friday night at my cottage in Muskoka Lakes where it is notoriously hard to find service technicians at the best of times let alone late on a weekend. I called Drain Right Now. Tyler responded to my call and was able to diagnose my problem quickly with some back and forth and some pictures sent via text. The issue was my filtration system backwash was clogging the drain and had flooded the basement. Tyler was able to talk me through putting my filter on bypass which allowed me to turn the water back on safely and solved the issue temporarily. We were able to enjoy the weekend! Monday - his technician Jamie came in and resolved the clog successfully. Much appreciated Tyler and Jamie!
