Our fridge (Samsung RF197ACRS) stated to freeze up behind the evaporator panel. The technician from Fix Appliances diagnosed the problem very quickly and ordered the parts that we needed. A couple of days later he returned and installed the parts and the fridge worked perfectly. We are very happy with the service we received from Fix Appliances.
