The workers were on time and took care to ensure the house was looked after, as they had to take their equipment to the basement. They explained what they were doing and showed me every step in the process. The even went further and did some extra work, that they were not required to do. Very professional.
Central Air Conditioner Installation
When booking the appointment for installation, the agent said that it would only take a maximum of 3 - 4 hours for the full installation. The technician that showed up was a sub-contractor and he brought an apprentice with him. The work took over 7 hours to complete and they also didn't have all of the parts needed for the job, so they had further delays when leaving to get equipment/parts. The A/C unit works fine, but I had not planned on 7 hours of labour.

Prior to purchasing a spa, we did a lot of research of different models and companies. The reason we chose Arctic Spa was because they are the best built spa on the market. They really stand behind their product and the service is excellent. We've owned our spa for about a year now and any time we have any questions or just having our water checked, they are so helpful with everything. Also, their online support is excellent.
