Furnace needed fixing. Would come on but not stay on.
Chris came in great time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within about 25 minutes. He explained our options moving forward as our furnace is 24 years old and probably in need of replacing. There were no pushy sales tactics and he left those options open for us. He was pleasant and respectful of our home. I would recommend him as a technician to anyone. We are very pleased and will be contacting Cronin Emery to have our furnace replaced.
