Patterson Custom Cabinetry has completed work for two homes, they completely refaced our kitchen and made custom cabinets in one home and they will be building cabinets and a custom desk for our new home. They are accommodating and very patient with my husband and I (as we can be very picky)! Would completely recommend them to friends and family
I have dealt with Granite Stonework for two project, current home and previous home. I was referred to the company by a friend. Andrew (owner) has provided excellent service, very reasonable prices and is extremely reliable. His variety and array of stone to choose from is quite expansive. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family (which I have already).

We had LOC Carpentry (Liam) do work on two of our homes. We has him do crown moulding, decorative trim and a backyard deck. His work is perfection, precision cutting, clean and definitely does not cut corners. We will definitely be using his service again for our new home.
I contacted AAA Trim & Tile as I was referred to them by a friend. Overall we are somewhat satisfied with the service we received. There are definitely pros and cons with using AAA. Obviously this company specializes in tiling and trimwork so all other work is contracted out. The contractors to whom they contract out with are very good and the guys that manage the company are fairly flexible and can generally deliver on time and are accomodating. One thing to note though is any changes to any work involves a cost, which is obvious, however the cost is not disclosed to you upfront, you are told once the final bill is paid. Also they could really work on their after service. We has our work finalized in August and there's some things that still need to be touched up on that haven't been yet.
We have just moved into our new home in Milton (Ridgeview) and are extremely satisfied. This is our second new construction home and in our opinion it was a smarter move to purchase from a smaller builder tham a larger one. The salespeople took their time and actually got to know us as did the super. We obviously had a few deficiencies during our PDI but compared to our previous home (a much larger builder) this was heaven. I would strongly recommend this builder to my friends.
