We contacted KLOC Construction after having issues with a door company that expanded our front entrance door and did not add any support. After purchasing a 70+ year old home, we discovered some major water issues from our basement wall that was caused by the sloping of the neighbors driveway. Chico came out to assess the situation and explained in full detail what had to be done and put us as ease. He is very knowledgeable and very patient as we had many questions to ask lol His pricing was very competitive especially considering the job was exterior waterproofing in the middle of winter!!
