He was always in communication, answered all of my(many)questions, and was up front and truthful about timelines and how the work was progressing. Mark went above and beyond the job, helping us out with minor roof emergencies, once on a weekend. The kitchen turned out stunningly and just how we wanted. In short, the entire process with Chermark was as painless as a kitchen renovation can be and the end result is wonderful.
