Rec room, billiards room, bathroom and kitchen renovations The project requirement started off with rejuvenating the rec room, which entailed installing drywall on the 13’x26’ ceiling with 9 LED lights on 3 dimmers. Bulkheads were dry-walled and walls required repairs and finishing. Baseboard was installed and all wall, ceiling and trim surfaces were primed and painted. Doug also finished the billiards room of the same size, including closing off access to a large entertainment alcove. The alcove was removed allowing additional space in the adjacent room. Doug also refinished our below-grade 2-piece bathroom and upgraded the plumbing fixtures. With all this work completed, Doug steam-cleaned carpeting and furniture throughout the house, fixed a leak in the main bathroom, installed and finished new closet doors on the main floor, replaced motion-detector outdoor lighting around the house and even cleaned our rain gutters! We are very pleased with the work Doug had completed. With our artwork and decorations hung, we love spending time in our new living spaces. We have already had Doug back to paint our kitchen to complement our new cupboards and counter-top. Doug ensured everything was neat and tidy when his jobs were completed. Great job! Thank you, Doug!
