The company had changed hands and when I contacted the new owner, he made good on the warranty and did a great repair job. This company has redeemed itself and I would feel comfortable using them again.
I had the living room and hallways of my home refinished. Ray was very detailed and thoruogh adn usd only th best products. He also added his own details that I wasn't expecting and hadn't know were part of the coast, such as inlaid wooden heating vents, trim on teh stairs, new stair riser facings, toe kciks in kitchen. The finished work was exceelent and much bettere than teh previous two contractors who I had do refinishig work on th same floors over the decades.
