Virginia in Calgary

In the summer of 2013 our family had a disastrous experience with a contractor renovating our main bathroom. For 3 years, everyone including guests used the master bedroom bathroom as our main bathroom was not functional. We observed our neighbor having their home renovated by Calgary Bathworks. Upon investigation, we discovered their excellent ratings and website. Upon contacting D Warkentin; we learned that our main bathroom and powder room could be renovated September 2016. D was extremely professional and prepared for our first meeting. We appreciated the handouts and timely estimate to get the work started. It was obvious that D is beyond knowledgeable about the bath industry. His suggestions for toilets, soaker tub, hardware etc. were invaluable. Taylor, Ian, Aaron and Jerrod worked diligently to create our vision of the bathrooms. Taylor cut the tiles for our shower in the bathroom and then installed it exactly as I requested. He showed me many different patterns to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. D and his team have a professional relationship with all the companies that install counters, mirrors, and flooring. One of our counters needed adjustment and our mirror had a few issues which D and the provider resolved quickly. D is meticulous about the finished product. There were a few extremely minor issues which we brought to D’s attention and he took care of them immediately. During the cold snap we had a minor issue with our new shower fan and even though our bathroom was completed three months earlier; D arrived the next day after my call to adjust the fan. I appreciated that Bathworks doesn’t desert you once your project is completed. We love our bathroom and powder room. We receive compliments all the time about both rooms. My experience with Bathworks was a combination of my wishes and D ’s expert suggestions to achieve a really modern functional space. I would recommend Bathworks to anyone considering renovating their bathrooms.
