Thank-you to Tammy for her prompt and professional service. She explained what she was doing as she went along and explained why the problem occurred. She took a few minutes to check the mechanical parts in the tank of my older toilet to make sure everything was in good working order and replaced the silicone around the base - something that was not done the last time the toilet was lifted. I would not hesitate to call Small Jobs Plumbing again.
