When you first meet with them they are awesome. Zero customer services and communication with clients. The finished product takes longer then 18 days so be sure to read the fine print if you are in a hurry, they will start threatening you to pay. Overall the basement finished project is good. This would be a 5 start review if the head office was better. Maria in customer service does not return calls or email or even let you talk to Senior Management. The main problem is customer service I have send so many emails to resolve my issues but no luck they just need money zero customer service
