This company is shown as Calgary Appliances Repair. I am not allowed to publish the website or phone number or I would include it - to properly identify this company. I contacted them early August for a stacked washer problem for burning rubber smell & no spin. Alex on the website set up for tech next day. Tech came out and fixed belt and gear and payment without formal invoice as I was out of town and was confident aa proper invoice would be sent. next day I heard the same problem returns. So I called again and tech comes out and says motor is fried. After many attempts I got a hold of Avi (owner?) and we agreed on an offer for $200 fix. He kept promising tech would come fix today or tomorrow but never came out. Avi himself came out once Sunday Aug 18 and looked at it, and said he would fix today or tomorrow, but now it is Aug 27 and with still no fix and he or his company is not replying to texts or answering calls. I am pursuing legal routes for refund and prosecution.

Contacted Roy with a low pressure problem on well water line. He came out when he said he would and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Personal, upfront and honest service. I recommend highly and will use again without hesitation. Thanks Roy!

Met Lee in November with 2 basement windows to make larger in January. Very nice guy to work with. Took a credit card number right away. When job started the crew came out for a couple of hours and then left. I called the office when I found that out 3 hours later to be told that the job had wiring to move and would be charging a $250 come-back charge. Grrr. I fixed the problem that night, but it was a full week before a different crew came back to finish. Talked with Lee about my concerns and said he would discuss it. Didn't know the final charge until invoice was emailed and charge had already gone through. Saw that he job was charged as per estimate only. Thank you. Quality of work appears good for the install, but had some mess to clean up.
