We have been using Big Al's for years. Wide selection and the staff are very helpful, even if you are new to the world of fish and have many questions! We always recommend them to anyone looking for any aquarium related needs, big or small.
They have excellent sales but not alot of selection. The staff is moderately knowledgeable, but can be a little rude at times. I will continue to use them when I need something basic, anything specific I will go elsewhere.
Around Christmas my usual fabric supplier ran out and I was in a bind. I called Designer Fabrics and they had just what I needed. Staff was very knowledgable. Will definitely use again.
The work was done right on schedule, the workers were all very professional and Vince, the project manager, was very friendly and helpful. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and always made sure I was happy with the job done, greatly appreciated. Great company, would definitely work with them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.
