My side-by-side freezer was constantly frosting up and was failing to keep its contents frozen. I contacted Adriano via this website and he got back to me by phone in a few hours. He came to take a look the next day; he was polite, organized and neat. He diagnosed a broken heater and was able to get the freezer working temporarily while he secured a replacement, which he installed three working days later. Cost: Two visits @ $75 and $73 for the new heater. Very good service for a good price.
