Covid times and got outstanding service. Mike video chatted with me to look at my hot water tank and help figure out next steps. We booked an appointment and I texted back to add a toilet which he fit in. He made sure he was protected with a Star Trek/Wars looking mask which made him sound like he was talking in a submarine. He worked neatly and cleaned up afterwards. He explained everything to me and showed me how to change the water temperature (if needed) and what to do in the future. He also had showed me the problem with the toilet (not level with the floor) and the part needed to fix it. Mike was fantastic and I highly recommend him.
