Lepata Construction were fantastic, working diligently with us to design an addition that would meet our needs. They visited the home on several occasions to take measurements and assess the structure, electrical panel, rooflines, etc. and later to take us through design options and explain all options clearly. They were highly transparent throughout and were very responsive to our feedback. They submitted our building permit application and helped us through the approval stage as well. Working with them was a pleasure and I hope to do so again in the future!

Nikos was fantastic! Really knowledgeable and he focused on solving the problem and trying to save me money rather than selling the most expensive fix. I really appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to finding the best solution for me. I would definitely recommend him!
