A team of inspectors came to my home to do an inspection. They left outside doors wide open, cranked the furnace and turned on our gas fireplace and left them all on after they left. When I called to mention the problems I had found after the inspection, the owner James made excuses and told me: "(I) should have made sure all the doors were closed and the heat and fireplace were turned off" Not impressed I would not use or recommend this service to anyone
