My family's furnace went down on a Sunday night. Called the 24/7 emergency number. Andrew Brian Cashmore was there within a half an hour. He gave me lots of options for fixing and or replacing. Peter Hillman was at my house first thing the next morning to go over replacement options. Chad and Zack came shortly after to install new unit and everything was done by late afternoon. Very professional, and friendly so I was extremely impressed. I will use MacKay for all my heating and cooling needs.
