Veronica the designer quickly responded to my request for a quote, visited my home and provided a great starting point and was very willing to help me fine-tune it until I was satisfied with the final plan. What was delivered was exactly what I anticipated and more. I was also very impressed with the two very skilled carpenters who did my one-day installation. The care they took to make everything perfect, and I appreciated their attention to detail, helpful suggestions and care in keeping the disruption and mess in the house to a minimum.

I also contacted Lusso Glass after seeing a sign posted in the neighbourhood and upon first contact with Andrew immediately felt comfortable and confident in his product and workmanship and I was not disappointed. He was very thorough and professional, and I am very happy with the end result. He was reliable, punctual, true to his word on every detail from cost, deliver, scheduling the work, and delivered a great job.
