Sam has done multiple jobs for me ranging from air conditioner replacement, humidifier installation and now a waterless tank and furnace install. My hot water and heat stopped working and within 4 hours Sam had provided me with a temporary fix and some suggestions on how to save money in the future by re-reviewing my current setup and suggesting changes that would eliminate high rental costs and save me from the Enercare poor customer service. He left me with the options to review without any pressure to commit. In the end taking his suggestions was best for my finances and also best for my family's needs. Sam is a true professional who is very responsive to his clients needs.

Good things come to those who wait. We waited a few months until they could get to our project but it turned out amazing. These guys were prompt, professional and easy to get along with. This job did not cause any major disruptions to normal life and everything went as planned. At some point, I'll be calling them to do the upstairs. 2/20/2018 Update: After getting the work done there were fixes that were required. Fixes such as a loose spindle and loose post. My initial contact began in Dec of 2017 where I requested an appointment to get this issue fixed. I was more than happy to pay for it. 3 months later and after emails and texts they have failed to properly communicate a date to get it fixed. As a result, i've decided to bring in another company to fix the problems. If you are a customer that likes communication with your service providers you may face lags in communication, failed promises to address after installation issues. While we enjoy the finished product, the communication and customer service after the completed job has been poor and lacking.
